Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Instruct and coach the women's soccer team
• Assist the head coach in overseeing all aspects of the program, including practices, competition, and scheduling
• Execute recruiting plans by evaluating and recruiting qualified student-athletes
• Support fundraising activities to enhance the program
• Monitor the academic progress, class schedules, and grades of student-athletes
• Model good sportsmanship and enforce sportsmanlike behavior among players
• Assist with alumni relations and building community support
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the College, MIAA, and NCAA

Requirements

• Collegiate level playing and/or coaching experience
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III and MIAA compliance and conference rules
• Understanding of the NCAA Division III student-athlete philosophy
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for competitions
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
