Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in practice planning, game strategy, and player development
• Recruit high-achieving student-athletes who align with academic and athletic standards
• Promote a culture of academic responsibility and personal growth among student-athletes
• Work with individual athletes to develop technical skills, conditioning, and mental preparation
• Support team logistics, including scheduling, film analysis, and travel coordination
• Collaborate with sports medicine and strength staff to promote wellness and injury prevention
• Engage in community outreach, alumni relations, and fundraising efforts
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Collegiate playing or coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to pass PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint checks
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
