Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Prior collegiate or high school coaching experience, Minimum 2 years Women’s Lacrosse coaching experience, First Aid and CPR certification, Valid driver’s license, Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with organizational duties and the development of training and practice schedules
- Teach, evaluate, and refine sport-specific skill development for student-athletes
- Recruit qualified student-athletes in accordance with university and NCAA guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Women’s Lacrosse coaching experience
- Prior collegiate or high school coaching experience
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations
- National Red Cross Certification
