Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Women's Volleyball Coach in the management and direction of all aspects of the program
• Support student-athlete recruiting efforts in compliance with College and NAIA policies
• Assist in creating and executing practice plans
• Help manage budget operations, fundraising efforts, and equipment inventory
• Coordinate team travel arrangements, including lodging and meals
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and support community service activities
• Assist with game management and public relations for the program
• Ensure compliance with Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) and NAIA rules and regulations
• Maintain a commitment to the Christian liberal arts mission of the University

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Coaching experience in a high school, club, or collegiate environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 50-75% during the competitive season
• Commitment to the Christian liberal arts mission and lifestyle standards of the University
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Previous head or assistant coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Proven experience in recruiting student-athletes
