Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in the recruitment, management, training, and coaching of the women's volleyball team
• Assist with the organization of team equipment, practices, team travel, and fundraising efforts
• Coordinate practice, film, or training sessions with specific positional groups, redshirt players, or scout players as assigned
• Assist with prospective student-athlete recruitment, including campus visits, prospect camps, and scouting
• Support the goals and objectives of the Athletics Program and demonstrate concern for the health, safety, and welfare of student-athletes
• Work cooperatively with other departmental personnel to ensure program success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior coaching experience or competitive volleyball experience
• Ability to attend practices and games as required
