Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive training programs to enhance players' technical, tactical, and physical abilities
• Contribute to the development of game-day strategies and in-game coaching decisions
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, resilience, and academic excellence
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes to support their personal and professional growth
• Collaborate with the coaching staff, athletic trainers, and academic advisors to ensure holistic student-athlete development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring female athletes at the collegiate or high-level competitive youth level
• Deep understanding of soccer tactics, strategies, and current trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire student-athletes
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
