Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in the recruitment, retention, and spiritual development of student-athletes
• Conduct training programs in accordance with NCAA regulations and University philosophy
• Instruct student-athletes in aspects of strength and conditioning, nutrition, and player development
• Support the academic success and high performance of all team members
• Aid with program administration, including travel, budgeting, scheduling, and fundraising
• Maintain accurate records of student-athlete participation and general team data
• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting exceptional student-athletes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be eligible for work in the US (no sponsorship provided)
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to mentor, organize, and motivate student-athletes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the club or high school level
• Collegiate playing experience
