Assistant Women's Golf Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of operating a competitive NCAA Division I women's golf program.
• Support the recruitment, development, coaching, and retention of student-athletes.
• Manage daily program operations, including team travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and purchasing documentation.
• Provide technical instruction during practices, tournaments, and individual skill development sessions.
• Evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes through in-person and virtual efforts in compliance with NCAA and SEC rules.
• Engage in fundraising, alumni outreach, and public relations to enhance program visibility.
• Support student-athlete welfare, academic achievement, and NIL/brand engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate or professional level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to work extended days, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience coaching a collegiate golf team at the Division I level.
