Assistant Warehouse Manager/Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Support daily hub operations and ensure smooth order processing within set time windows
• Act as the right hand and deputy to the Hub Manager
• Control and record incoming goods deliveries in the system
• Perform inventory, stock, and freshness checks
• Implement quality and food hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Coordinate shift tasks and assist in training new team members
• Contribute to the improvement of existing operational processes
• Work both operationally on the floor and in organizational support roles

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and ability to motivate others
• High level of resilience and flexibility for late shifts and weekend work
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital solutions
• Solution-oriented mindset with a high standard for personal performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Experience in operational team leadership or coordination
