Assistant Warehouse Manager/Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Support daily hub operations and ensure smooth order processing within set time windows
• Act as the deputy to the Hub Manager, coordinating tasks within the shift
• Control and record incoming goods deliveries in the system
• Perform inventory, stock, and freshness checks to maintain quality standards
• Implement food hygiene and quality guidelines (HACCP)
• Assist in training new team members on operational processes
• Contribute to the improvement of existing work processes and organizational workflows

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills and a hands-on mentality
• Proven team player who can motivate others and maintain a cool head under pressure
• Ability to work flexibly, including regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital solutions
