Assistant Waiter

Responsibilities

• Assist in presenting and describing menu items professionally
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and timely
• Deliver attentive, courteous, and personalized service to guests
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to luxury service standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and discreetly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations
• Restock service supplies including napkins, cutlery, and glassware
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service operations
• Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is an asset
• Familiarity with MICROS or other POS systems is an advantage
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and guest-oriented personality
