Assistant VP/Chief Revenue Officer - Athletics

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising campaigns and revenue generation strategies for ACU Athletics in coordination with the VP for Athletics.
• Develop and execute plans to identify new revenue sources and enhance existing streams.
• Act as the primary liaison with ACU’s multimedia rights partner to increase sponsorship revenue and fulfill obligations.
• Oversee the annual giving program, including the Wildcat Annual Fund and premium seating management.
• Build and lead a team focused on growing resources for NIL and revenue sharing for student-athletes.
• Solicit annual and major gifts through donor visits and attendance at high-profile athletic events.
• Collaborate with coaches to support sport-specific fundraising needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in external affairs.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be a professing Christian willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience in Division I college athletics.
• Broad understanding of and interest in various sports.
