About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in conducting practice sessions through skill instruction, motivation, and technical competency
- Support the personal, academic, and athletic development of student-athletes
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment aligned with program goals
- Model leadership, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with student-athletes and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of athletic coaching experience
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Child Protection Clearances (Act 153)
- Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
- OSHA on the job Hazardous Materials Safety Training
