Assistant Volleyball Coach 2

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in the organization and implementation of systems, practices, and game plans
• Provide technical expertise in the fundamentals of volleyball
• Support recruitment efforts and team member selection
• Assist with practice sessions and coaching of intercollegiate contests
• Guide and mentor student-athletes, supporting their spiritual development and discipleship
• Advise the coaching team on game strategy, fundamentals, and skills
• Ensure program compliance with University policy, conference rules, and NAIA guidelines
• Support the daily operations of the athletic program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated proficiency in the sport of volleyball
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to testify to personal experience of salvation in Jesus Christ and affirm the University’s Statement of Faith

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of intercollegiate coaching experience
• Extensive collegiate-level player experience
