Assistant Vice President, Valuations/Pricing

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of the Security Valuations function, overseeing a team of approximately 100 members across multiple locations
• Oversee day-to-day activities including portfolio-level pricing and the generation of client-specific reports for Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary information
• Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives, including exposure to RPA and AI
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry developments through rigorous risk excellence
• Manage end-to-end transitions and provide timely data, reporting, and analysis to senior management

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Management
• 12-15 years of experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations, or Capital Market Operations
• Proven experience managing large, multi-location teams
• Strong product knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and senior-level communication skills
