About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a $140M+ self-funded portfolio of student and business-focused operations on the St. George campus
- Oversee a team of over 500 staff across housing, food services, retail, hospitality, and real estate operations
- Ensure financial sustainability, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery across all campus experiences
- Drive strategic growth, including new residence developments and modernized real estate partnerships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the University and with external stakeholders within a decentralized environment
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder governance and navigate diverse institutional requirements
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience managing large-scale, revenue-generating operations
- Expertise in student housing, real estate, food services, and hospitality management
- Strong P&L management skills and high-level financial acumen
- Proven track record of leading organizational change within unionized environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders with diplomacy
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder governance structures
