Assistant Vice President Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic narrative for Personal Loans and Customer Service verticals
• Drive business outcomes and ROI by connecting product roadmaps to company-wide strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers, fostering high standards and career growth
• Instill a "speed wins" culture through rapid launches and data-driven iterations
• Optimize delivery processes to identify and remove execution bottlenecks
• Use deep analytical insights to uncover new opportunities and bolster investment cases
• Orchestrate alignment across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Risk stakeholders
• Influence strategic decisions with senior management and advocate for necessary resources

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech or Lending
• Proven experience managing or mentoring junior Product Managers
• Strong understanding of the Personal Loans lifecycle (origination to collection)
• Knowledge of Customer Experience automation including bots and agent tools
• B.Tech/BE from a top-tier engineering institute
• Technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with Engineering Managers
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools for data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
