About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-quality service delivery and investment operations for private credit funds
  • Oversee internal workflows, client deadlines, and the implementation of new global operating models
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal development teams
  • Manage team resources, including training, talent recognition, and efficiency creation
  • Create and maintain cash and position reconciliations for internal fund accounting teams and clients
  • Lead ad hoc projects related to client needs or internal process changes
  • Identify and escalate unusual or suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience at a management level
  • In-depth knowledge of Private and Syndicated Loans, Notes, and Private Bonds
  • Expertise in trade intake, settlements, lifecycle events, and complex restructures
  • Strong proficiency with Geneva software
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA qualification (or being part-qualified)
