Assistant Vice President - Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive client onboarding for private banking and trust clients
• Prepare paperwork for new accounts and ensure AML/BSA compliance
• Set up client relationships in Addepar and manage portal reporting
• Execute client account maintenance including wires, transfers, and fee processing
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions for alternative investments
• Maintain control programs and monitor adherence to regulatory standards
• Serve as point of contact for clients, Pershing, TMN, and internal partners
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Compliance, Trust, and Treasury teams
