Assistant Vice President of Admission Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the University’s undergraduate recruitment efforts and territory-based recruitment plans.
• Establish annual recruitment goals, performance metrics, and monitor outcomes to maximize results.
• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor admission counselors and recruitment staff.
• Oversee recruitment travel strategy, counselor deployment, and territory assignments.
• Monitor enrollment funnel performance and ensure effective implementation of recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus partners and enrollment leaders to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals.
• Serve as a key advisor to the Vice President for Enrollment regarding recruitment opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least seven years of progressive leadership experience in admission.
• Proven track record of success in meeting recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Strong intercultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Exceptional public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
• Extraordinary organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
