Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for deposit, remittance, and payment processes
• Perform checker duties for assigned activities to ensure accuracy and quality
• Nurture and develop team members to support professional growth
• Collaborate closely with overseas branches to execute transactions according to Bank SLAs and standards
• Support overseas branches in resolving operational incidents and reporting requirements
• Provide suggestions to streamline and improve operational processes
• Assist in handling audits and ensuring adherence to Bank policies and controls

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Deposit, Remittances products, and Payment Operations
• Deep knowledge of SWIFT message types and various Payment Systems (OVS, GPP, CHAPS, SEPA, RTGS, EPS, etc.)
• Experience with Account Opening, Account Maintenance, and Static Data management
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
