About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events to meet client requirements
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor event budgets and ensure company profitability
- Generate new business for MICE events across Pan India
- Manage relationships with partner hotels and car rental providers
- Lead and mentor a team of event planners and coordinators
- Ensure corporate compliance and establish standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience
- Minimum 6+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in both sales and operations
- Background in the Travel Industry
- Focus on Domestic MICE expertise
- Graduation degree
