Assistant Vice President, International Trading, Agency Lending

Responsibilities

• Execute securities lending transactions across international equity markets
• Analyze supply/demand dynamics, collateral considerations, and funding impacts to optimize trade outcomes
• Support management of trading books, including inventory utilization, pricing, and lifecycle events
• Develop or enhance analytical tools using Python, SQL, and AI tools to improve trading efficiency and automation
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders across Risk, Operations, and Technology
• Identify and escalate risks appropriately to minimize potential losses

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience within securities finance, trading, or financial markets
• Strong understanding of financial markets; securities lending experience is preferred
• Proficiency with analytical or programming tools such as Python, SQL, Databricks, QlikView, or VBA
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
