Assistant Vice President - Customer Data Management

Responsibilities

• Assist in mining, analyzing, and interpreting data from the data warehouse to meet client and business needs
• Support the planning, development, and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions and complex databases
• Analyze marketing data to generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and create models to drive business insights
• Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensure system integration
• Identify data sources and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for maintenance processes
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business segment needs and streamline processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• Proven experience managing large volumes of data, including storage, transfer, encryption, and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, O365, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of data models, reporting packages, and database dictionaries
• Understanding of computer networking, infrastructure components, and information security
• Moderate technical troubleshooting skills and ability to ensure quality control in reporting
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive, concise reports
