Assistant Vice President, Corporate Planning

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of bank projects and initiatives to support the implementation of change strategy across Oceania
• Leverage data analytics to gather scope, assess performance, and measure the impact of bank initiatives
• Develop mechanisms for employee feedback and recognition, such as surveys, focus groups, and digital tools
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and business unit action plans
• Monitor culture and engagement trends using survey data and pulse feedback to identify opportunities
• Track and report on change strategy outcomes, including adoption and alignment with the Medium-Term Business Plan
• Produce comprehensive quarterly and annual reports on change management, engagement, and culture
• Assist in the coordination of audits and regulatory examinations related to Corporate Planning

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar or related role
• Diploma or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
• Proven project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of HR processes and systems
