About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of corporate budgeting and forecast models
- Coordinate the consolidation of business unit inputs and validate financial assumptions
- Perform reconciliation across systems, planning outputs, and reported results to ensure financial integrity
- Analyze enterprise and business unit-level financial drivers to deliver variance analysis and actionable insights
- Support medium-term outlook (MTO) and strategic planning processes through scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling
- Coordinate Monthly Business Review (MBR) cycle deliverables and prepare executive-level reporting materials
- Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement, including automation and standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data management skills
- Experience supporting forecasting and strategic planning processes
