Assistant Vice President, Client Confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Support Wholesale Lending through day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
• Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage sensitive client information and actively oversee corporate restructures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for change.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risk and maintain operational efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on performance to communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex assignments and guide team members through structured projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience with corporate actions and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Familiarity with Syndtrack and other deal sites.
• Experience in corporate lending or a secondary loan trading support function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple urgent workstreams simultaneously.
