Assistant Vice President - Capital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Oversee project and data management initiatives, including the maintenance of master databases for subscription lines, NAV, and asset-based facilities
• Lead the implementation of third-party workflow management software and collaborate with data management teams to automate processes
• Execute and structure transactions for subscription lines and NAV loan facilities
• Coordinate with lenders, external counsel, and internal teams such as legal, tax, and accounting to facilitate documentation and compliance
• Monitor facilities and recommend upsizing or downsizing as appropriate
• Serve as an internal point of contact for fund finance inquiries from portfolio managers, treasury, and investment teams
• Prepare accurate internal and external presentations, reports, and complex financial models

Requirements

• 10-12 years of professional experience
• Strong background in investment banking, capital markets, finance, or funding
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional financial modeling skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Python, or database management
