Assistant Vice President, Business Transformation – Investment Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end investment lifecycle processes, including trade capture, order management, allocations, and settlements
• Serve as a subject matter liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Order Management Systems (OMS) and private deal workflows
• Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design efforts by mapping and optimizing workflows across Operations, Technology, and Data teams
• Document policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows to ensure scalability and consistency
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of business transformation initiatives
• Drive organizational change management by developing training materials and communication plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in asset management or alternative investments with exposure to Investment Operations
• Deep domain knowledge of the investment lifecycle, including trade lifecycle management and operational controls
• Strong working knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), including workflow design and configuration
• Proven experience supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives or large-scale process redesign efforts
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership across different functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus
