Assistant Vice President, Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues related to bank loan debt.
• Resolve inquiries from clients, Client Management, COEs, and other business units to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and monitor open items, issue logs, and project lists.
• Manage the production activities of Client Support Specialists and address custom client requests.
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, including client conversions.
• Identify and implement consistent operational best practices to improve scalability and resilience.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5-7 years of related experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Direct experience working with the Bank Loan asset class.
• Proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume setting.
