About the role
Responsibilities
- Support AIS PMO activities by managing project artifacts, including project plans, risk logs, and action item trackers
- Lead end-to-end planning and management for small to medium projects or specific workstreams within larger strategic initiatives
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive successful execution and visibility
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risk areas to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business and IT, as well as external clients, to ensure consistent service delivery
- Facilitate working group sessions to drive initiatives forward and obtain stakeholder consensus
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic planning and target state operating model designs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of business experience, preferably in financial markets, business analysis, or project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field
- Strong knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executive leadership and diverse global teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress toward a Master's degree or CFA designation
- Experience with operating model transformations, technology upgrades, or regulatory initiatives
