Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activation plans for new campaigns and product launches aligned with brand and sales strategies.
• Monitor market and channel performance, analyzing variations from plans and implementing remedial actions.
• Control and optimize trade marketing expenditure within agreed limits and strategic plans.
• Execute and evaluate all local marketing activation programs at the trade level.
• Provide shopper insights to the sales team to support category development and shopper activation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, regulatory, demand planning, and logistics teams.
• Manage agency performance for BTL (Below The Line) activities to ensure high-quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, including Code of Conduct and Data Privacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of trade marketing experience within the FMCG industry with a proven track record.
• Extensive experience in new product launches and driving large-scale communication campaigns at the trade level.
• Strong understanding of modern trade and drug store practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic and analytical thinking.
• Proven people leadership capabilities and ability to influence senior management.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
