Assistant Track Coach - Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop student-athletes athletically while assisting with their personal growth
• Recruit qualified student-athletes to the program
• Design and implement training programs as assigned by the head coach
• Manage home competitions and equipment
• Assist with team travel planning and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Strong people skills and dedication to student-athlete success

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the college level
