About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chief of Staff's schedule, priorities, and workflow
  • Serve as a point of contact to triage requests and manage communications
  • Support the Chief of Staff with research, analysis, and stakeholder coordination
  • Anticipate challenges and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Provide note-taking and ensure meeting follow-up and continuity
  • Support the First Deputy Mayor, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
