Assistant to Management

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and planning support to the leadership and employees of the CoC 'Performance Simulation and Modeling' and 'Actuator Design'
• Handle professional correspondence in German and business communication in English
• Manage office organization, appointment coordination, and event management
• Plan, organize, and process expenses for business trips
• Support leadership with internal personnel, capacity, room, and project planning
• Manage the procurement and administration of inventory and office supplies

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in project organization or office/travel management
• Strong organizational talent and a service-oriented mindset
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style, even under pressure
• High level of initiative and ability to work effectively within a dynamic team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
