Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Support land developers prior to land signing and assist in establishing objective notes from feasibility studies
• Ensure global consistency of technical, financial, and legal files
• Collaborate with Program Directorates to develop tender documents and define service options
• Assist in construction cost estimation in coordination with management
• Manage company consultations, launch calls for tender, and perform technical and financial analysis of offers
• Contribute to information centralization, including archiving and provider evaluation
• Identify and communicate relevant regulatory or technical information

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Technical training program (BTS, Licence, or BAC+4/5)
• Preferably studying in construction economics
• Previous experience in a design office or construction site is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and dynamism
• Proactive approach to technical problem-solving
