Assistant Technical Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage samples, including style number and colorway creation
• Maintain data integrity within Flex PLM
• Develop and create tech packs to communicate design aesthetic, fit, and construction requirements
• Measure and review proto samples against submitted tech packs
• Assist in the preparation and execution of fittings, taking detailed notes on fit and construction corrections
• Spec and analyze garments to ensure compliance with measurements, workmanship, and fit intent
• Support daily workflows to meet GTM deliverables and development timelines
• Facilitate wear-testing protocols with vendors and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 4-year BA Degree with focused training in Technical Design, Patternmaking, or relevant experience
• 0-2 years of industry experience (preferably within Technical Design or Patternmaking)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Authorization to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making
• Experience with 3D software such as CLO or Browzwear
