Assistant Teaching Professor of Business Research Methods and Coordinator of Executive DBA Programs

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) program.
• Oversee program operations, including curriculum planning, scheduling, and student progression.
• Coordinate dissertation committee assignments and monitor doctoral student milestones.
• Teach undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level courses in research methods, design, statistics, or analytics.
• Mentor doctoral students through dissertation-in-practice development and completion.
• Maintain an active scholarly agenda and publish in peer-reviewed academic and professional journals.
• Support recruitment, admissions, and student success initiatives for the doctoral program.

Requirements

• Earned Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Organizational Leadership, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, Educational Technologies, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in research methodology, research design, and applied business research.
• Ability to teach doctoral-level courses across various modalities (in-person, hybrid, and online).
• Evidence of scholarly research potential and publication capability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring graduate or doctoral student research.
• Experience with dissertation supervision or committee participation.
• Experience in academic administration, program coordination, or assessment.
• Proficiency with up-to-date instructional technologies and AI in research.
• Familiarity with accreditation and assurance-of-learning processes.
• Industry or applied research experience.
