Assistant Swim Coach

Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the College’s intercollegiate Men’s & Women’s Swim programs
• Mentor, motivate, and develop student athletes in a Division III educational environment
• Assist the Head Coach with practices, contests, recruitment, and scouting
• Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds
• Ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of coaching experience, preferably at the college level
• Valid US driver’s license held for at least three years
• Ability to be qualified under College policy to transport students in college-owned/leased vehicles
• CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certification
• Ability to provide a cover letter, resume, and contact information for three references
