Assistant Sustainable Procurement Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist Sustainable Procurement Project Managers with ESG audit campaigns on supplier sites, including defining campaigns based on risk mapping and monitoring corrective action plans.
• Report on audit campaign progress to the purchasing sustainability committee and analyze results to update ESG risk maps.
• Support the digitalization of sustainable procurement processes, specifically through the development of internal applications.
• Help structure responsible sourcing approaches across value chains, including minerals.
• Implement vigilance plans for critical value chains and prepare for compliance with upcoming European regulations such as the Corporate Social Due Diligence Directive and EU Forced Labor regulation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
• Completed training or modules in sustainable development or environmental studies.
• Fluency in English.
• High proficiency in IT tools.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent interpersonal qualities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and motivated to advance sustainability within a major automotive group.
