Assistant, Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Review and verify sustainability certifications from vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Cross-check certification documents for accuracy, validity, and relevance to sustainability requirements
• Organize and maintain a systematic digital filing and tracking system for all certification documents
• Update internal databases to ensure accurate tracking of vendor certifications and expiration dates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
