Assistant Supply Chain & Demand Planning Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain Demand Planner in managing specific market and event requests based on stock availability, production outputs, and after-sales service.
• Contribute to the management of finished goods stock through effective coordination with central and regional teams.
• Optimize collaborative tools and complete reporting to improve tracking from initial demand to client invoicing.
• Participate in performance analysis and identify potential process improvements within the Demand Planning team.
• Collaborate closely with regional supply chains, logistics, production, and marketing departments.

Requirements

• Currently a student in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of rigor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, curious, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in the luxury, high jewelry, or haute horlogerie sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using SAP.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
