Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of construction projects
• Manage daily site operations in coordination with the Superintendent and Project Manager
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction experience in a field leadership or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and codes
• Experience with CPM scheduling and project coordination
• Proficiency with construction-related software
• Ability to work flexible schedules as project demands require
