Responsibilities

  • Execute contract requirements and support project safety, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
  • Oversee on-site workforces and coordinate daily scope, sequencing, and inspections
  • Manage project site logistics and organize on-site activities to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to associates
  • Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supporting complex commercial construction projects
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule management standards in commercial construction
