Responsibilities

• Execute contract requirements and support the project’s safety, schedule, and quality objectives
• Exemplify Holder’s commitment to safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Oversee on-site workforces, coordinating daily scope, sequencing, and inspection of installed work
• Assign responsibilities and collaborate with office and field teams to support project goals and manage risk
• Manage project site logistics and organize on-site activities to maintain workflow efficiency
• Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, supporting professional growth and team development
• Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting complex commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule management standards in commercial construction
