Assistant Stunt Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in organizing, preparing, and conducting individual and team practices, training, and competitions.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying and following up with qualified student-athletes via phone, email, and campus visits.
• Assist with the design and implementation of workout programs, strength, and conditioning routines to improve athletic performance.
• Provide technical support and instruction to athletes while ensuring a safe environment for physical, emotional, and social welfare.
• Manage administrative duties including equipment maintenance, budget monitoring, and travel paperwork.
• Participate in fundraising, marketing, and promotional activities to support the program.
• Uphold the mission and values of CBU and the Athletics Department, providing spiritual guidance and positive values to student-athletes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of coaching theory, techniques, and athletic injury prevention.
• Ability to travel for away contests and competitions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to live and uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
