Assistant Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing routines
• Manage front desk operations and lead the team through interviewing, training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Maintain understanding of insurance, schedule management, and treatment planning
• Deliver financial presentations and track results to meet revenue goals
• Partner with member experience and revenue cycle teams to support the guest journey
• Organize and lead specialty treatment days for orthodontics and oral surgery
• Oversee supply ordering and manage studio inventory
• Optimize provider scheduling to balance efficiency and guest needs
• Drive patient retention through outreach and follow-ups
• Provide warm, consistent hospitality for every guest

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service management
• Experience leading or coaching a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Comfort with scheduling systems, insurance processes, and treatment planning
• Proactive approach to anticipating needs
