Assistant Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence
• Manage inventory, supply ordering, and operational tasks
• Track daily business performance and execute sales strategies to drive revenue
• Uphold compliance standards, including safety protocols and piercing regulations
• Maintain a presence on the floor to guide the team and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Provide real-time coaching and actionable feedback to team members
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail management or customer-facing team leadership experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Required weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) and lift up to 20 lbs
• Comfort handling chemicals and following health and safety protocols
• Strong judgment and a proactive mindset
