About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and operational tasks
- Track daily business performance and execute sales strategies to drive revenue
- Uphold compliance standards, including safety protocols and piercing regulations
- Maintain a presence on the floor to guide the team and ensure exceptional customer experience
- Provide real-time coaching and actionable feedback to team members
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail management or customer-facing team leadership experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Required weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) and lift up to 20 lbs
- Comfort handling chemicals and following health and safety protocols
- Strong judgment and a proactive mindset
