Assistant Structural BIM Engineer/Modeller

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM structural models independently using Revit
• Set up and manage models on BIM 360 and ACC platforms
• Create accurate 3D structural models and associated project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Produce 2D GA drawings, plans, sections, and detailing sheets
• Prepare 2D/3D reinforcement models and reinforcement drawings
• Perform model coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC checks
• Deliver high-quality BIM outputs aligned with project standards and timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Expert user of Revit (Structural) with strong BIM modelling experience
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 platforms
• Experience in quantity take-offs and embodied carbon calculations
• Proven experience on high-rise and structural steel projects
• Exposure to international projects and global design standards
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
