Assistant Stretch Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and assist in onboarding Stretch Trainers
• Sell Assisted Stretch packages and build member relationships
• Achieve daily targets and manage business objectives on weekends
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans
• Maintain club cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance
• Collaborate with membership and personal training sales teams

Requirements

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and move about club floors
• Proficiency with company computer systems and data entry
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts
